- Same rates apply for single or double occupancy.
- Local tax of 6% and a hotel tax of 3% will be added to quoted rates.
- For the comfort of our guests and insurance requirements, we cannot allow smoking indoors.

- Deposit to confirm your room is required during February through October and for Holidays and Special Events.
- Deposits are fully refundable when cancellation is received ten days prior to the first date of the reservation.
- If a cancellation is received on a shorter notice, your full deposit may either be applied to a future reservation or refunded in the event that your room is re-booked.
